Position Overview  


As a SMBs Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding Voxy footprint in the Italian SMB market. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, both inbound and outbound, as well as renewing and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach will be key in overcoming challenges and achieving sales targets. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and a passion for driving business growth.


What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Generate New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new inbound and outbound business opportunities within the Italian SMB market.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long term partnerships.
  • Sales and Renewals: Drive sales growth by converting leads into clients and renewing contracts with existing clients.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrate creativity in overcoming challenges and seizing opportunities in a competitive environment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.


What We’re Looking For:
  • Native/fluent Italian and fluent English are mandatory.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Process-driven and organized with a focus on automating services and improving efficiencies.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track client interactions and sales performance.
  • Must be based in Italy and able to work remotely.


What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales is a plus, particularly within the SMB sector.
