Customer Success is vital to our long term growth and the VP of Customer Success Americas plays an important role in driving success for our customers.
What will you be doing?

Leading, expanding, and mentoring the Americas Customer Success team by setting the strategy and prioritizing objectives and key metrics; hiring, training, and developing a world-class team

Driving customer lifetime value by defining the customer journey; deploying programs to help drive business value with customers, customer goal achievement, and collaborating across teams to identify and pursue customer growth opportunities

Work effectively across the organization with key stakeholders, this will include aligning with Sales around cross-sell and up-sell and focus on selling with a retention focus; align with product and business development about driving product roadmap and align with marketing around driving marketing activities to existing subscribers.

Increase efficiency through technology. Oversee the technology adoption process with tools and systems such as the Customer Success dashboards used to track customer health.

Identify, evaluate, and execute new business opportunities relating to new price assessments, new products, and improvements to the existing product line

Ensure optimum activity levels are delivered as well as meeting Service Level Agreement targets.

Educate clients on how to maximize the value they receive from a relationship with Argus Media

Be a representation of Argus to our clients, engaging them from the start of the commercial relationship through client visits, energetic feedback, and focusing heavily on client satisfaction

Attend and coordinate marketing presence at conferences, events, and dedicated client events
What were looking for in you?

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
-
Extensive experience within customer success with a proven track record of building and managing a team, directly and remotely.

Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models

Analytical and process-oriented mindset

Experience with data subscriptions, consulting services, or commodities in B2B commercial environments.

Strong verbal and written communication skills required

Demonstrable experience building effective interpersonal relationships internally and externally with key decision-makers

The ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and commercial benefit

Well-presented, credible, and able to influence senior executives at large and small firms.
