VP, Enterprise Applications and Analytics

Position Summary

The Vice-President, Enterprise Applications and Analytics is responsible for executing strategic technology priorities to scale with a growing enterprise application roadmap. This includes, but it is not limited to, back-office applications, sales and recruiting applications, client delivery applications, and reporting and analytics, as well as supporting the design and execution of a new data platform and management implementation and providing leadership to application analyst team members.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for strategic planning for application tech stack
  • Defines and drives the roadmap Vaco's digital strategy with an emphasis on efficiency, performance, and clarity with each of our brands.
  • Full operational responsibility for all application and analytics teams and supporting functions.
  • Leads a matrix team to create a clear vision of each unique brand and future for the consolidated organization.
  • Engage, build, and partner with executives and key stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborates with leaders across the company to create improved experiences across all technology products.
  • Leads overall planning, staffing, budgeting, and recommendations for implementing organization digital center of excellence.

  • Drives the improvement of service level product and customer delivery.
  • Builds and optimizes the evolving needs to support the data and integration strategies.
  • Remains current on emerging technology that can improve department and organizational performance.

Education/Experience:

  • Ten plus (10+) years of relevant work experience in progressing leadership roles (IT general, programming, application development, SLA management, etc.) and/or a master's required.
  • Three (3) years relevant executive-level work experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in people management including demonstrated experience in mentoring and growing resources.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management methodology and structures
  • Preferred experience with professional services organizations including staffing and consulting company experience.
  • Preferred experience with acquisitions and impacts on IT.
  • Requires strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Travel:

2-50% travel for organizational meetings/events
