Why this job’s a big deal:
As the Vice President of our strategic key hotel accounts team, you will have the responsibility to lead and manage the global chain commercial negotiations, relationships, and value creation achievement of our mutual commercial goals with our chain partners. This team invests in long-term, strategic relationships with regional and global hotel chains and works directly with the chain headquarters, as well as internal, cross-functional Priceline, Agoda and across other Booking Holdings Inc. teams. You will lead leaders and individual contributors, define mutual goals and objectives, and build awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of the alliance. You will evangelize company products and offerings in conjunction with recruiting key alliances/partnerships. This team evaluates deal economics, aligned cross-functionally and cross-departmentally. Outlines and leads negotiations, reviews chain performance, does long-range forecasting and establishes metrics to assess performance, impact and opportunity.
In this role you will get to:
Manage a team of leaders, people managers, and our largest chain HQ relationships with hotel partners
Negotiate successful commercial outcomes for the chain and Priceline, Agoda in North America, and Booking Holdings Inc. teams
Own End-to-end commercial and high-level operational support of select strategic regional and global hotel chain brands
Work with key internal and external stakeholders to identify market opportunities and support strategy for rapid growth
Conduct innovative testing to identify novel approaches to drive performance through data driven decision-making
Communicate with internal and external leadership teams to provide constructive feedback on account performance and opportunities
Build strategic plans endorsed by your accounts. Handle reporting and analysis, and make data driven decisions that enhance performance.
You will manage a team who are also working to build relationships with chain partners and optimize their performance.
Who you are:
10+ years of experience leading a sales, negotiations &/or account management teams in the travel industry
Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making; Strong data skills are required
Experience in reviewing complex contracts and other legal documents
Highly organized and comfortable with making prioritization decisions. Able to effectively keep track of moving parts across projects and adapt to new information and goals.
Enjoys building long-lasting business partnerships.
Leader of leaders - culture builder and high performance team leader
Shrewd negotiation skills able to manage commercial outcomes for multi-year global strategic partnerships

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
The salary range for this position is $240,000-$300,000.
