Purpose
- Develop and deliver marketing strategy, plans campaigns to achieve credit union business goals.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, ensuring consistent and optimized experience across the consumer purchase journey.
- Direct marketing measurement, analytics and reporting efforts across digital touchpoints, collaborating with IT, Data and Analytics and business stakeholders.
- Oversee marketing management process / workflow and approval processes with internal clients and stakeholders.

Duties
- Identify, design, create, and execute market leading strategic and tactical marketing plans, promotional plans, campaigns and launch plans that:Communicate compelling value propositions
Engage, educate and retain members
Drive and support business goals
- Provide perspective, thought leadership, guidance, and professional expertise to, and drive insights for members while ensuring a deep understanding of business goals, objectives and metrics
- Lead, develop and support initiatives, messages, and activities to articulate and promote brand value and promise across the company
- Measure marketing plan and campaign performance through marketing databases and CRM systems to ensure return on investment and best use of organizational resources
- Serve as the marketing representative in the development, management, tracking and reporting for marketing project, expenses, and margin to ensure all achieve expected outcomes and meet required deadlines
- Direct digital marketing strategies and optimization efforts.
- Collaborate with internal business units / clients
- Oversee marketing project management process and approvals of all campaigns and projects.
- Assist with SECU events as needed.
- Lead and support the development of special projects as needed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or in related field
- 8+ years related work experience or equivalent combination of transferable experience and education in integrated marketing strategy, planning, and tactical experience with knowledge of, and experience across all marketing channels
- Experience in achieving or exceeding business objectives in a highly regulated environment
- Ability to act as a change agent; to operate with urgency; and to challenge the status quo
- Experience developing marketing strategy, using CRM, and analytics to develop and track marketing programs
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, innovation, decision making, program and project management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify, create and implement marketing and promotion plans in a strategic manager, working on budget and time deadlines and reporting on metrics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with strong attention to detail
- Broad and deep knowledge of marketing promotion methods, best practices, and marketing leading techniques
- Google analytics knowledge
- Prior managerial experience
- Team player and highly collaborative
