VP, Strategy & Operations

Job Description:

The Vice President, Strategy & Operations plays a key role in supporting the senior leadership team to drive discipline, efficiency, and productivity with a focus on critical operational areas to ensure coordination and prioritization across the CKSI domain. This includes driving the intake and governance routines at a domain level, creating project transparency and visibility, uncovering internal and external dependencies, and resourcing to CKSI leadership. This role is critical with assisting in strategic planning, communications, establishing and tracking domain goals, KPIs, and working horizontally across the CKSI leadership team. The ideal candidate should be both highly inventive with the ability to partner, execute and lead through influence.

• A self-motivator who thrives in a fast-paced environment that is experienced with owning, structuring, and driving multiple projects that routinely require independent judgement and prioritization
• Exceptional project management skills with strong follow-through, accountability, and attention to detail with the ability to manage tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
• Strong analytical skills and ability to anticipate problems and their solutions without explicit guidance
• A passion for building strong relationships with leadership and across the organization to identify the undercurrents of the individual and group dynamics
• Team player who is skilled in navigating a matrixed organization and is comfortable handling highly confidential information
• A proven understanding of the Personal Investing business, priorities, and organizational structure with deep understanding of our Agile operating model, and fluency in related data in Workforce Connect, Jira Align, etc.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of preparing materials with a nuanced understanding of subject matter and intended audience

Our diverse team offers extensive expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Customer Profile and Data Platforms, Research, Analytics and Measurement that help us identify trends, predict customer behaviors, optimize marketing campaigns and enable the business to make data-driven decisions that put our customer needs first while helping us stay ahead of the competition.
