As a mid-senior level estimator, you will play a key role in reviewing blueprints, subcontractor bids, and communicating construction strategies with both subcontractors and architects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial construction processes, possess excellent communication and computer skills, and be proficient in tools like Microsoft Office, Excel, and estimating software such as On-Screen Takeoff and Planswift. Field experience as a Site Supervisor or Project Manager is a plus.
