The person who earns this position will meet the following criteria:Experience/Education• 3+ years of financial industry experience• HS Diploma• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (preferred, but not required)• Series 65• Life and Health License (WA, preferred but not required)Competencies• Strong computer skills• MS Office Suite• Database/CRM• Planning software• Excellent phone skills• Time management• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Effective public speaker• Comprehensive financial math skillsPersonal Qualities• Professional appearance and manner• Teachable, willing to accept direction and correction• Quick learner• Friendly, outgoing, engaging, smiling personality• Effective active listener• Passionate about serving clients• Desire to serve the team for success• Organized, with an obsession for details• Self-starter• Solution focused - Problem solver• Adaptability, flexibility, patience
