Framing Estimator in San Diego,CA,US

This is a full-time on-site role based in San Diego, CA for a Framing EstimatorQualifications• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, project coordination, and framing estimation for commercial and multi-family projects• Experience with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or PlanGrid• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts• Ability to do takeoffs and prepare material lists• Experience with subcontractor management and scheduling• Knowledge of all construction trades with a focus on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment• OSHA 30 certification is preferredRoles & Responsibilities• Coordination with general contractors & architects• Prepare Bids for projects ranging from single family homes to large multifamily and commercial buildings.• Perform takeoffs for lumber & hardware• Prepare Lists by level / phase• Prepare cut sheets with stud heights, cut lists etc..
