Summary
Essential Duties And Responsibilities...
• Develop and retain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, connecting key business executives and stakeholders.
• Respond timely to all customer and supplier queries
• Generate, distribute and review all account reports and metrics as required by the customer and supplier.
• Responsible for making sure there's a clear understanding of customer and supplier wants, needs and must haves. Anticipating customer and client needs is essential to the role.
• Manage, hold accountable, dedicated CSR to ensure all customer and supplier needs are met.
• Provide customer and supplier updates to Senior Leadership on demand and to include a detailed monthly account report.
• Schedule and lead weekly account reviews with customer and supplier counterparts.
• Schedule and lead monthly business review with customer and supplier leadership.
• New business development including all aspects of a successful launch.
Additional Responsibilities
Travel is required to support us, our suppliers and customers, including industry conferences and networking events. This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.
Education And/or Experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Language And Communication Skills
