Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Proposal Coordinator/ManagerResponsibilities· Participate in all aspects of qualifications/proposals/presentations including overall strategy, messaging, content development, production and delivery. Responsible for full spectrum of RFQ/P response development from coordination to completion.· Develop/maintain various written marketing collateral including project sheets, resumes, company content library.· Collaborate closely with Director of Business Development, Division Directors and staff to determine strategies for proposals and presentations, generate customized responses to RFQ/P, implement internal deadlines for responses and interview preparation.· Assist with the marketing efforts of the firm include website, social media, internal/external communication, award submissions and special events.· Provide comprehensive research for marketing and business development activities.· Participate in professional and community organizations to promote firm visibility and recognition.Skills· Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, marketing, PR or related field.· 3-8 year of experience working for an A/E/C firm.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs.· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications minimally InDesign and Illustrator· Demonstrated technical and non-technical writing competency; samples of previous work product will be requested.· Ability to trouble shoot and adjust accordingly, sometimes with limited supervision, to meet deadlines - demonstrated leadership and judgement skills.· Ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external team members/partners.· Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and balance workload/prioritize.· Self-starter, ability to work independently and within a team environment.· Some overtime and regional travel are consistent with position.Preferred Skills:· A/E/C experience within the construction and/or water market sectors.· Proven experience with proposal development.· Graphic design capabilities.
