At our headquarters in Peachtree Corners, we are looking for a Financial Administrative Assistant starting in January of 2025. This will be a full- or part-time position, 30-40 hours per week. In this role, the employee will perform a variety of financial and administrative tasks requiring independent judgment and resourcefulness:
Responsibilities
- Ensure effective and standardized processing of commercial tasks within the organization and communicate relevant information to the accounting and controlling teams.
- Assist with monitoring daily cashflow and streamline receipt approval processes, ensuring all information required by accounting is included.
- Manage travel documentation and facilitate travel expense reimbursements.
- Track and collect incoming invoices; conduct formal checks of all invoices to ensure compliance with legal requirements, including verification of cost center allocation.
- Support order processing: preparing offers, creating invoices, and tracking incoming payments, as well as maintaining order status in CRM.
- Record inventory and verify its completeness and accuracy; prepare quarterly reports for the accounting team regarding inventory status.
- Conduct research, gather data, and compile relevant information for reports, summaries, and responses to management and controlling inquiries.
- Assist with general business functions such as the management of software licenses and office-related responsibilities, such as janitorial services and office supplies.
- Provide recommendations for improving operations and standardizing commercial processes.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent office and administrative skills with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Finance background with a general knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software packages.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities, as well as problem-solving skills.
- Experience in development and implementation of commercial processes preferred.
- High degree of initiative, as well as detail-oriented and reliable working style.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Experience working with QuickBooks, ERP systems, and/or inventory management systems preferred.

- To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
