Court Security Officer, New Albany, IN
Walden Security is seeking experienced Court Security Officers to provide armed security to courthouses under the USMS contract.
Skills
- Law enforcement experience
- Ability to apply rules and regulations
- Effective communication skills
Responsibilities
- Perform entrance control and operate security screening equipment
- Patrol court facilities and grounds
- Stand guard at stationary posts monitoring security equipment
- Provide armed escort services for judges and court personnel
- Direct traffic and control access on court facility properties
- Prepare reports on security incidents and contract performance
- Secure courtrooms and provide courtroom security presence
Education
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of a certified law enforcement training academy
