Walden Security is looking for an experienced Operations Manager for our Charlotte Regional Support Branch. We seek a passionate leader to manage branch operations and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Skills

Management experience
Intermediate to advanced software skills
Proficient in payroll systems and project management software
Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

Manage all activities related to branch operations and service development
Ensure successful implementation of new contract start-ups
Meet with clients to address issues and provide solutions
Direct operational, service, and maintenance problem resolutions
Supervise approximately 200 hourly employees

Education

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
