Job Description:Job SummaryServes as a segment manager for a Company Healthcare segment. Responsible for setting direction and priorities for the segment to maximize P&L. Leads development of major access initiatives/ changes by partnering with account teams to engage B2B payer clients (top client renewals, restricted networks,etc.). Identifies strategies and investments to create value beyond base Pharmacy fill experience.Analyzes payer reimbursement, drug mix, and coverage for opportunities to improve performance.Accountable for oversight and delivery of segment plans across functions. Accountable for executing cross functional projects to improve P&L performance by segment.Job Responsibilities- Provides oversight and leadership, including making, key decisions, and executing of business strategies in support of Company overall business approach in assigned Healthcare segments.- Oversees and directs segment planning for assigned segment in Company planning cycle, including working cross functionally with finance, contracting and sales.- Accountable for delivery of setting budgets, adjusting forecast, and ensuring overall P&L meets/exceeds plan. Guides data analysis and project creations to guide investment and deliverables by payer and by segment.- Provides leadership and direction to Healthcare Segment teams to ensure account plans developed by account team are aligned with assigned segment priorities.- Oversees and leads business team participation in major development/ access initiatives, including internal preparation, external engagement with senior clients, and delivery (working with relevant cross-functional partners and external clients, as needed).- Accountable for vision, integration, and execution of key processes to implement segment strategies with pull through for all retail offerings to ensure maximum revenue growth for the Company.- Prioritizes asks of marketing pharmacy insights group to obtain customer-driven metrics to identify product and services that are both feasible and profitable for the Company. Makes data-driven decisions on when/where to scale-up proof-of-concept differentiated customer products andservices. Responsible for ensuring data flow of research from several channels, including patients, payers, and healthcare providers.- May represent the Company at professional, business, government, and/or civic organizations toensure that the Company is perceived favorably as a company and as a valued business partnerto the healthcare continuum. Serves as subject matter expert proactively provides perspectives and ideas on current and emerging key issues affecting segment on an geographic, economical,and global level.- Envisions, prioritizes and delivers data visualizations to support strategies for working with payers- and PBMs and to assist in predicting market changes (e.g. drug trends,etc.).
