Accounting Supervisor

Wallex is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to lead our accounting team in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports. As the Accounting Supervisor, you will oversee daily accounting operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and help develop financial strategies that contribute to the overall success of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of accountants.
• Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Prepare and review financial reports and statements.
• Ensure timely submission of tax returns and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate the preparation of budget and financial forecasts.
• Conduct internal audits and assist external auditors.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash forecasts.
• Assist in financial reporting and analysis for management.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial reporting.
• Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with financial management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
