Junior Accountant

The Junior Accountant will assist in managing the day-to-day accounting and financial tasks of the company. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing financial reports, and assisting with accounting functions. Your role will be critical in ensuring financial accuracy and supporting overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and record financial transactions accurately and efficiently using Holoo and Sepidar software.
• Assist in maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts.
• Prepare journal entries, invoices, and account reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist with financial reporting and audits as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation complies with company policies and accounting regulations.
• Provide support for budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with the finance team to identify process improvements and enhance financial controls.
• Perform other related accounting duties as required.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Familiar With Holoo and Sepidar financial software (required).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
