Walmart Connect is looking for a Technology Provider Partner Development Manager to drive growth, and adoption of the Advertising API offerings. The Technology Provider Partner Development Manager will focus on a new incubation program , focused on SMB partners with high potential. They will be responsible for developing and launching program strategy and managing partners within the program. This program will define how we manage , support, and scale our newly onboarded Technology Providers . Th is person will collaborate with technical and marketing teams to help these partners develop their Go-to-Market strategies at scale , with a goal of amplifying revenue through product adoption and business development initiatives. This role will work cross-funct ionally to identify products and experiences that will help WMC and partners scale growth.This is a full-time position.What You'll Do - ResponsibilitiesDevelop the incubation program strategy and playbook s that will define how Walmart Connect helps early-stage and SMB partners grow and scale on Walmart .Own and grow relationship with newly onboarded Technology Provider PartnersCollaborate with partners to develop and execute go to market plans through joint PR, marketing, co-selling, developer relations enablement and materials to hit revenue goalsDr i ve jo i nt bus i ness plann i ng and track partner progress to goalsCollect feedback from partners to help inform and prioritize API product roadmapWork cross-functionally with Product, Strategy, Legal, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to identify product and program enhancements that will drive incremental revenue for WalmartLead Partner outreach initiatives to create a successful joint business and technical integrationEnable WMC sales teams with content, training, and accelerators on specific Partner solutions that can help accelerate deals or expand opportunitiesContribute to programs to driving efficiencies and scale internally and externallyWho You Are - Qualifications:6+ years strategic business and/or partnerships experience, preferably with a successful track record of managing business relationships and cross-functional projectsExperience in working with complex, technical partners, APIs, and productExperience working cross-functionally, managing initiatives at scale and delivering resultsProven experience delivering partnership initiatives, having worked in sales, product, business development, partnership, with an emphasis on automated advertising experiences.Analytical experience with experience diagnosing problems and crafting solutions but also introduce ways to validate and measure outcomesExperience building working relationships at all levels of management, both internal and external facing especially with sales or pre-sales teamsBA/BS requiredAt Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
