Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Asset Technician specializing in Skilled Facilities Maintenance - Automation to join our team in Fayetteville, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our digital assets and automated systems, ensuring smooth operations of our facilities.

  • Perform major and minor repairs on automated equipment and systems, utilizing a wide range of skills including electronics, networking, electrical, mechatronics, and robotics
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure the safety and proper functionality of digital assets and automated systems
  • Inspect, clean, and repair equipment, observing and documenting signs of wear and tear
  • Diagnose problems using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs
  • Manage work orders and maintenance schedules, completing and submitting required documentation
  • Order and track parts and replacement equipment, recording purchases and usage
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA and EPA guidelines
  • Collaborate with contractors to maintain quality standards and safety requirements
  • Provide prompt response to emergency calls and troubleshoot issues efficiently
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital asset management and automation

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in automation, robotics, mechatronics, microelectronics, or a related field
  • Proven experience with circuit boards and digital asset management systems
  • Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance and facilities management best practices
  • Proficiency in using intermediate level functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and effective communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with OSHA and EPA regulations related to facilities maintenance
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Associate's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred (not required)
