As the Director of Supply Chain Finance, you will partner with the Vice President of Supply Chain Finance and serve as the connector for the Supply Chain Finance organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Supply Chain Finance, this role requires the perfect combination of financial acumen and a strategic mindset to reduce our cost to serve through productivity improvement and automation. Additionally, the ability to understand business trends, foresee financial opportunities and risks, and effectively influence business results is an important part of the everyday. Join us!You'll sweep us off our feet if:• You are curious and relentlessly ask questions• You can manage the interconnectivities of business units• You drive results with strong financial acumen and technical/analytical capabilities• You are excited to indirectly influence teams to enable the objectives of the company• You're familiar with digital/tech product finance or asset management• You're familiar with finance and strategies associate with Supply Chain organizations• You're skilled at diplomacy and aligning stakeholders with competing priorities, including senior leaders• You're a storyteller - a master at making complex subjects easily understood through compelling stories and visuals• You have high standards and can hold business partners accountable• You're stimulated by challenges and are ready to engage at Fortune 1 scaleYou'll make an impact by:Manage Workforce Optimization - Oversees the development of workforce analytics, planning, and standards for supply chain by developing workforce evaluation, analytics, and improvement strategies to support enterprise initiatives while increasing accuracy of workforce forecasting for the annual operation planManaging Strategic Financial Plans - Oversee development of both long-term strategic planning and short-term operational plans by partnering across the organization to establish targets and resources needs. Establishing and communicating information about financial targets; identifying and reporting risk levels determined for the overall financial plan; providing actionable insightsFinancial Decision Making - Leading high-quality level of financial decision support to the organization; collaborate with leadership to plan and analyze business performance by identifying gaps between business goals/objectives & identifying areas of growth opportunityProject and Business Management - Presenting feedback to leadership regarding risks associated with financial projects and providing insight on relevant historical trends, expected future events, and market trendsCommunications and Presentations - Provides strategic input for business decisions by overseeing development of financial analysis/modeling incorporating assumptions, expectations, and known risks; preparing presentations and other supporting materials for recommendationsTalent and Leadership - Working cross functionally bringing teams together through indirect influence; recruiting, selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, on-going development and succession planning, and leveraging capabilities of new and existing talent. Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practicesPreferred Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 5 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 7 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area.• 2 years of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects• Supply Chain Finance experience• Experience working in Fortune 100 finance• Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.• Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency• Comfort with ambiguityBenefits & PerksBeyond competitive pay, you can receive incentive awards for your performance.
