Come join a progressive Talent Acquisition team, where you will have the opportunity to partner closely with our business leaders, people team, and lead a talented group of recruiting professionals to deliver on hiring strategies in support of business goals.You’ll make an impact by…• Developing deep business acumen and providing strategic recruiting leadership to Walmart’s Corporate Functions organizations.• Translating business hiring goals to recruitment strategies and plans and leading through a team of TA professionals to deliver.• Partnering closely across a broad set of stakeholders including business partners, the people team, and cross-functional partners.• Understanding Walmart’s position in the talent marketplace, and working with your team and business to successfully align our unique value proposition with talent motivations.• Bringing the right data and insights to your business to identify challenges, and influence the right actions and outcomes to ensure successful delivery of hiring.• Hiring, developing, coaching, and motivating a high performing team of TA leaders and professionals.• Evolving and innovating in hiring processes and influencing adoption of technology to drive efficiency and improve experiences.You’ll sweep us off our feet if…• You are big thinker, unafraid to challenge the status quo, with expertise in recruiting and aligning hiring strategies to achieve the greatest business impact• You are a seasoned leader of people, with depth of experience in building and developing high performing teams and leading and developing leaders of people• You have deep expertise leading talent acquisition teams, preferably with specialization in Corporate Functions including Legal, Finance, and HR disciplines.• You have a proven track record of building robust sourcing strategies to attract the best talent in the market, including establishing mechanisms and using data to influence the right outcomes• You are an effective relationship builder, who works collaboratively across matrixed environments, and can influence and lead effectively without authorityThe above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role.
