Our unique service supports facilities to ensure enhanced quality of life for our patients.Position Details:The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for the strategic ideation, implementation, and management of an effective recruitment cycle that focuses primarily on medical providers in various disciplines. The ideal candidate for this role will have a deep understanding of impactful recruitment strategies in the medical community, specifically for care providers in long-term facilities, and experience leading a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists in filling key roles in a timely manner.Responsibilities:• The creation, implementation, execution, and management of recruiting strategies for all open positions.• Regular oversight and management of the Talent Acquisition System.• Provide reporting based on specific Key Performance Indicators based on open positions such as Time to Fill, Candidate Churn, Candidate Satisfaction, Close Rate, Offer Acceptance Rate, etc.• Manage a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists in meeting specific deliverables, and filling open requisitions in a timely manner.• Providing strategic direction for recruitment strategies that include urgent strategic fills.• Manage the team budget for engagement and ad spending in recruitment platforms.• Build partnerships with external partners such as Medical Schools to source talent.• Establish a network of providers to source from when positions become available, understanding Business Development opportunities to eliminate long recruitment cycles.Qualifications:• 5-8 years managing a full cycle recruitment program, preferably in the healthcare industry.• The ability to lead project management initiatives with a high level of detail, from start to finish.• Experience managing talent acquisition professionals.• Understanding of recruitment performance metrics, and the ability to use these metrics for strategic initiatives.• Excellence in communication, both written and verbal.• An understanding of prioritization and a sense of urgency.• The ability to build impactful and strategic partnerships with internal partners.Benefits:• Health• Dental• Vision• Company Sponsored Life Insurance• Short and Long term Disability• Paid Time Off• Commuter BenefitsSalary Range: $100,000 - $135,000EEO/AAP Statement: MedElite is an equal-opportunity employer.
