When you join us in Global People, you immerse yourself in our culture, becoming a trailblazer and a true agent of influence.About the Team/PositionWe are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Group Director of Talent Operations and Enablement to lead a high-impact team focused on driving operational excellence across talent technology, associate and candidate experience, operations, and analytics. This position will be responsible for transforming how Walmart attracts, develops, and retains talent by leveraging technology, optimizing processes, and utilizing data-driven insights to enhance the employee lifecycle. The role is critical in ensuring scalable, efficient, and employee-centered talent operations across Walmart's global workforce. This will report directly to the VP of Global Talent Acquisition and oversee Recruiting Operations, Technology and Systems, Data and Analytics, and Experience and Change Management.This role will be highly visible and will require significant cross-collaboration with senior leaders in organizations both inside and outside of the Global People department.What you'll bring...Fantastic leadership skills along with a combination of detail-orientation and a creative mindset to solve complex problems. They will also have:• A strong understanding of Talent Acquisition technology platforms and best practices• Expertise in talent analytics and data-driven decision making• Proven ability to manage large-scale initiatives, prioritize resources, and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.What you'll do...Talent Technology• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of talent technology platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and employee needs.• Oversee the strategy, design, implementation, and success of the Talent Acquisition tech stack to ensure seamless user experiences across candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and talent acquisition.• Drive the adoption of innovative technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and enhance workforce planning.• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ensure talent data is managed securely and responsibly.Talent Operations• Develop and execute talent operations strategies that support scalability and operational excellence across all processes.• Streamline and standardize workflows, minimizing inefficiencies, and ensuring consistency in delivery across global teams.• Implement best-in-class operational practices for the talent acquisition lifecycle across the enterprise.• Partner with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and legal to ensure seamless integration of talent operations into overall business processes.Experience & Change Management• Champion initiatives to enhance the experience across all key personas: candidate, hiring manager, interviewer, and recruiter.• Develop programs and processes that elevate experiences and foster a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.• Collaborate with experience teams to design data-driven solutions to improve key touchpoints, from onboarding to offboarding.• Monitor associate feedback and engagement surveys to drive improvements in employee satisfaction and retention.Talent Analytics• Lead a data-driven approach to talent acquisition, utilizing advanced analytics to inform HR decision-making and strategy.• Develop and manage a comprehensive talent analytics dashboard to track key metrics such as retention, employee engagement, talent acquisition KPIs, and diversity and inclusion goals.• Leverage workforce analytics to provide actionable insights to business leaders on workforce planning, performance, and development.• Use predictive analytics to identify talent trends, forecast future talent needs, and inform workforce planning strategies.The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role.
