Position Summary...What you'll do...As a Manager in the US Marketplace business, you will:• Build, develop, and support programs to improve customer and seller experiences, support seller success, and drive growth by enhancing our service offerings. This role offers a unique opportunity to create, launch, and manage programs end to end.• We seek ambitious, creative, and people-oriented individuals ready to tackle business challenges innovatively. You must be an excellent communicator, proactive problem solver, and team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Minimum Qualifications:• 4-6 years of experience in Business Management, Business Operations, Project Management, or a related field.• 2 years of experience collaborating with product and Go-to-market teams.• 2 years of experience in data analysis.• Experience in eCommerce or Marketplace is key.• Strong analytical skills with experience in commercial and technology functions, business performance analyses, and business case development.• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations concisely and persuasively.• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team to drive positive business outcomes.• Experience partnering closely with Product teams and a foundational knowledge of technical processes.• Assertive, adaptable, and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.You will be successful if:• You are a thought leader who can thrive and lead marketplace initiatives in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, and challenging environment.• You have a deep understanding of building an eCommerce marketplace and can leverage industry research and trends to drive decisions.• You have strong presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to interact with executive-level partners, and excellent written and verbal communication skills to champion products throughout the organization.• You can foster collaboration across teams and leverage your marketplace expertise to drive results.• You are passionate about marketplaces, sellers, and customers, and can champion these across the Walmart organization.• You are action-oriented, relentless about driving and owning goals, and motivated by the responsibility of delivering crucial capabilities for long-term marketplace growth.You will make an impact by:• Developing strategic programs: Understand problems and pain points, identify executable solutions, and build programs that align with Walmart's marketplace strategy. Clearly articulate and position program goals to generate buy-in and ensure capabilities are built accordingly.• Leading execution plans: Gain cross-functional collaboration at the executive level to ensure proper execution of program plans, including capability automation, seller adoption, and impact delivery. Ensure improvements in seller or customer NPS, GMV, revenue growth, operational efficiencies, and cost reduction.• Driving organizational change: Be passionate about the seller, set an example for your team, and drive marketplace education that fosters ownership across Walmart. Aim to drive organizational and cultural change to ensure Marketplace delivers on its long-term goals.• Operating with excellence: Execute strategic programs with excellence, be subject matter experts, leverage research and data for decision-making, and engage with leadership across the organization.The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role.
