Note: At Walmart Directed Spend is a fin-tech payments technology that enables companies to substantiate specific SKUs as eligible with provided funds. This technology integrates incentivized based purchasing into existing shopping routines, which helps our customers save time and money by working with suppliers, payors and employers to fund these purchases that supports a growing B2B2C market. You'll sweep us off our feet if: You are data savvy and can analyze large data sets, performance, understand trends, and translate results into strategiesYou enjoy learning about the latest market trends and products across multiple categories including Health & Wellness and FoodYou are tenacious, dedicated and thrive working with ownership, autonomy, and a healthy dose of competitionYou are comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt nimbly while leading through new and complex situations. You are comfortable managing a multi-category multimillion-dollar business with profit and loss responsibilityYou have a wide-set of digital experiences with proven success delivering best-in-class omnichannel experiences and a proven track record of driving results through a blend of creative thinking and problem solving. You'll make an impact by: Building a strategy: Create and iterate on long term Directed Spend growth strategies focused on capturing market share and improving the customer value proposition within multiple categoriesBuilding relationships: you'll use your influencing and leadership skills to build cross-functional partnerships with suppliers, vendors, business partners and other Merchants to support the Directed Spend visionMaking decisions: you'll make decisions about nearly every aspect of this platform including technology, governance, assortment, forecasts, suppliers and budgets. Designing, developing, and launching products: you'll work with our Technology and Product Development teams to create new products and revenue streams across multiple categories and clientsBeing organized: leading and managing complex, medium to large-scale cross-functional client implementation projectsBeing innovative: using entrepreneurial and creative approach to developing new, innovative ideas that will stretch the organization and push the boundaries within the industryManaging P&L: Manage P&L and deliver on revenue and profit targets with a focus on maximizing customer retention and LTV for the overall business.
