We are heavily invested in your professional development and provide a clear trajectory for career advancement, making this an ideal position for someone looking to make a significant impact and grow with the company.What you'll bring...• You have a passion for data and driving the data strategy forward to make an impact to the business.• You have experience in Data and Analytics with a strong preference for People Analytics, with a demonstrated ability to manage, interpret, and draw insights from large data sets.• You have 5-6 years' hands-on experience working with Power BI and its related Microsoft tech stack.• You have strong experience in SQL and ETL tools such as Alteryx, Dataiku or Tableau Prep.• You have a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards that effectively communicate insights from large datasets.• You are driven by the opportunity to use data to enhance the associate experience and drive business outcomes.• You excel at managing stakeholder expectations, prioritizing requests, and scoping projects to deliver high-impact reporting solutions.What you'll do...• Data Source Identification: Supporting the understanding of the priority order of requirements and service level agreements. Helping identify the most suitable source for data that is fit for purpose and carrying out preliminary quality assessments on the data collected.• Data Strategy: Understanding, articulating, and applying principles of the defined strategy to routine business problems that involve a single function.• Understanding Business Context: Requires Knowledge of industry and environmental factors, common business language, and business practices across areas like product, finance, marketing, sales, technology, business systems, and human resources. Providing advice to business stakeholders to address complex business issues. Translating business needs into projects, activities, and tasks and aligning them with the overall business strategy. Serve as an interpreter and conduit to connect business needs with tangible solutions and results. Identifying and recommending relevant business insights related to their area of work.• Tech. Problem Formulation: Requires knowledge of Analytics/big data analytics / automation techniques and methods; Translating business problems into data-related or mathematical solutions; Identifying the right methods/tools for problem-solving. Share use cases and examples to demonstrate how the method would solve the business problem.• Data Visualization: Generating appropriate graphical representations of data and model outcomes. Understanding customer requirements to design appropriate data representation for multiple data sets. Designing and building analytics products, and facilitating their delivery through our business intelligence, visualization, and analytics platforms.
