Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff to drive project execution and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results. In this role, you'll:

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and coordinate resources
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve conflicts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful implementation
  • Provide expert guidance and mentor junior team members
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and identify business needs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards

Work Hours:

  • Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST

Pay Range:

  • $85,000-90,000/annually

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field OR 2 years experience in project management or related field.
  • 1 year experience using Microsoft Office tools (for example, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • 1 year of experience in a contact center, marketplace, or e-commerce environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven administrative and project coordination experience, with the ability to act as a chief of staff
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a personable demeanor for engaging with various stakeholders
  • Proficiency in coordination, scheduling, and administrative tasks

Additional Information
