In the role of Senior Analyst, Workforce Strategy and Planning, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce strategy. Leveraging your analytical acumen, you will drive data-driven decisions to ensure we have the right talent aligned with our business objectives. Your contributions will be instrumental in propelling our organization forward. 


 Salary commensurate to experience and specialization, compensation is negotiable.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement workforce planning strategies
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to identify talent gaps and workforce trends
  • Develop and present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
  • Continuously monitor and optimize workforce planning processes

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • You have 2-3 years of experience in a Big 4 consulting firm, with a strong analytical background
  • You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively convey complex information
  • You have a passion for workforce planning and a desire to drive strategic initiatives

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.
