Identify the need for and directs legal support for business transactions and projects by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders overseeing drafting editing and reviewing legal documents notices and announcements directing the development of standards and forms for handling commonly encountered transactions and projects engaging directing and supervising outside counsel and consultants counseling clients on alternative legal and business strategies identifying the need for legal surveys and reviewing and approving business initiative implementation strategies
What you’ll bring:
Strong legal and analytical skills.
Experience providing direct legal support to retail business units.
Law degree with minimum of 5 years of legal experience.
Ability to work cross-functionally to provide comprehensive solutions allowing for legally compliant advancement of business initiatives.
