You will partner with cross-functional teams – Product & Engineering, Catalog, Design, Site, Marketing and Operations – to deliver best-in-class customer and seller experiences across Fitment, Automotive Services and Emerging Verticals. This role involves high-level strategic thinking and executive communication, strong technical analytics skills, and process-oriented mindset to drive outcomes.You’ll sweep us off our feet if:You have a proven ability to use data analysis for informed decision-making.You possess a proven track record successfully leading eCommerce strategic initiatives from zero to launch.You have demonstrated ability in leading transformative changes across various initiatives.You can influence outcomes and drive consensus across multiple levels.You thrive in a fast-paced setting and adept at managing ambiguity.You exhibit a detail-oriented approach when engaging with key stakeholders.You believe in and prioritize the collective success of the team and are quick to jump in, help, mentor, and coach your fellow team members.You have a passion and interest in the Automotive category.You’ll make an impact by:Developing and driving Automotive strategic initiatives: Identify and implement vertical business and seller growth initiatives in conjunction with relevant strategy and product teams. Manage specific features, functionalities, and tooling enhancements through the development of business cases, product requirements, GTM plans and overall project management. Building strategic partnerships: Source, evaluate and implement strategic partnerships (e.g., commercial, tech, catalog, etc.) to accelerate growth opportunities across the Automotive category.Delivering data-driven insights: Develop insightful market and business intelligence including industry trends, competitive threats, category/assortment opportunities, etc. and present recommendations for VP+ cross-functional audiences to gain buy in.Implementing new processes and ways of working: Build effective ways of working across teams and drive collaboration and coordination across functions. Identify opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles and improve business processes.Building cross-functional advocacy: Build strong and trusting relationships with team members and business partners, works collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve objectives and communicates with energy and positivity to motivate, influence and inspire commitment and action.Operating with excellence: Setting an example in managing to KPIs, delivering excellence, championing change and evolution.Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience in business or related fieldPreferred Qualifications: 10+ years of successful eCommerce, marketplace, strategy, business operations or project management experience.Experience in Automotive preferred.Strong analytical skills with deep experience across planning and forecasting, business performance analyses, market sizing and business case development.Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team to drive business positive outcomes.Assertive, adaptable and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role.
