Formed in 2021, our mission is to harness the power of Walmart's data, developing B2B data initiatives that offer merchants and suppliers an unrivaled view of omni-shoppers. We're on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Product Manager to drive this transformation from concept to deployment.Responsibilities Include...1. Product Vision and StrategyOwn a complex customer problem and/or product requirement/need. Identify new areas for value creation and independently articulate problem statements and define success metrics. Proactively identify customer needs and create scalable processes to gather and analyze customer experiences. Promote product strategies and vision to stakeholders. Define the long-term vision and strategies for the product family. Identify market opportunities based on an in-depth understanding of the market and competition.2. Product Development and RoadmapManage product roadmaps, gather and document requirements, and collect and analyze customer and product data. Prioritize the product backlog and provide clarity around requirements to the product development team. Establish product roadmap expectations, performance measures, and goals. Manage the adoption of new and emerging technologies. Understand complete systems architecture, services involved, and the database and cloud technologies used.3. Stakeholder EngagementBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate requirements to key partners and gain buy-in from executive-level leadership. Regularly communicate your product development progress to the organization. Communicate in stakeholder meetings involving multiple teams. Convey complex information and address ambiguity for robust technology development.4. Data-Driven Decision MakingUse insights from data to inform product improvements and drive data-driven decisions. Assess product performance metrics and identify trends and insights. Conduct activities for product/feature analytics with an understanding of trends/insights. Monitor, collect, structure data, and evaluate results.5. In-Depth Domain ExpertiseDemonstrate awareness of various principles, ways of working, and domain-specific terminologies. Compare the maturity of products, services, and processes across domains with industry standards.6 . Business Plan ExecutionDrive the execution of multiple business plans and projects. Develop and communicate business plans and priorities, remove barriers and obstacles that impact performance, provide resources, identify performance standards, measure progress and adjust performance accordingly, develop contingency plans, and demonstrate adaptability and support continuous learning.7. Associate DevelopmentProvide supervision and development opportunities for associates. Build a team-based work environment, establish performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, provide recognition and rewards, coach for success and improvement, and ensure diversity awareness.You will sweep us off our feet if you...• Possess an understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies• Have at least 6 years of product management with 2 years in B2B space.• Experience launching Enterprise / B2B web and mobile apps• Ability to grasp technical concepts and translate into business impact / requirements• Bring a minimum of two years of Retail experience• Work with cross functional and global teams across time zones• Have familiarity working with API integrations• Bring a user-centric product management approach• Possess and understanding of data, data management and good data practices• Have an understanding of basic data analytics and data science concepts• Have excellent user story writing skills, user journey mapping, wireframing, and workflow diagrams• Bring experience with data analytics tools such as SQL and/or BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI , etc• Have effective communication skills at all levels and can breakdown technical platform information to nontechnical stakeholders.• Have a passion for working directly with engineers, designers, and data analysts within your SCRUM ceremonies• Have familiarity with market research domainMinimum Qualifications• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years' experience in product management.• Option 2: 11 years' experience in product management or related area and 2 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related area and 8 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.• Experience in product development, customer support, process improvement, or data analytics.
