Position Summary...What you'll do...As part of Walmart Connect's Measurement Product team, w e are looking for a S enior Manager, Product Manag e me nt - Ad Measurement to help build best-in-class omni-channel measurement products and platforms that deliver campaign measurement at scale. This role will lead the effort i n building p latform s that measure the effectiveness of ad-campaigns in driving customer awareness, brand recall, product consideration and omni-channel conversion, ROAS, and incrementality.If you are motivated by complex, purposeful challenges, this role could be the fit you have been looking for.You'll sweep us off our feet if...• You're customer-centric in spirit and in execution• You're able to use metrics to improve performance• You're excited about solving complex challenges• You're comfortable influencing others, leading teams, managing stakeholders, and communicating clearly• You have a test and learn mentality and an agile way of working to improve your product• You have knowledge in Ad Measurement, Digital Ad Tech Stack and Retail Media AdvertisingYou'll make an impact by:• Defining product vision, strategy, and development of suite of ad measurement products.• Leading a team of Product Managers and driving strategic planning, establish PM best practices, manage and mentor PMs, drive Cross-Functional alignment, and resolve large scale conflicts.• Developing and enhancing products - you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks.• Driving product lifecycle from requirement definitions, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, KPIs and other launch efforts.• Working with Data Science, Engineering, and other Walmart partners to define the data requirements, measurement methodologies, APIs and UX for reporting dashboards.• Partner with product marketing in conducting industry and competitive analyses to develop deep understand of emerging trends in advertising measurement that inform product roadmap• Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative /technical field (e.g., engineering, computer science, data science, mathematics or the equivalent)• 9+ years of hands-on experience in Product Management (majority in advertising technology or advertising measurement strongly preferred)• 3+ years of experience managing product managers• Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, ad measurement and the underlying technologies.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Proven ability to effectively collaborate across the organization and lead by influence• Sound business judgment and ability to think strategically, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and make difficult trade-off decisions• Passion for learning and solving customer problemsPreferred Qualifications• Deep understanding of ad measurement solutions, including MMMs, MTAs, and Brand Lift (and other upper funnel measurement)About Walmart ConnectAt Walmart, we have led retail for over 60 years by keeping our customers' needs at the center of everything we do.
