What you'll do...
Join Walmart's eComm Operational Excellence team as a Senior Manager, Program Management . In this role you will facilitate improved ways of working as you learn the inner workings of the United States' largest retailer . This position leverages exceptional problem-solving, project management, analytical, conceptual, and communication skills. The WMUS eCommerce Operational Excellence team is a group obsessed with making sure our technology works as intended .

• You have strong problem solving and technical skills coupled with confident decision making enabling effective solutions leading to high customer satisfaction
• You have a strong analytical background and are comfortable analyzing business impact from data
• You have experience working cross-functionally with both business and technology teams to detect root cause of problems and find solutions accordingly
• You have an eye for anticipating roadblocks and eliminating complexity
• You have experience leading multiple projects and supporting various business initiatives at the same time
• You are exceptional in planning and managing complex projects to completion
• You have highly polished written and oral communication skills, able to develop executive-level presentations
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
You'll make an impact by...
• Serve as a partner for business leadership in resolving defects, bugs, and site errors
• Partner cross functionally with stakeholders in business and technology on root cause analysis and develop action plans to resolve issues at their core
• Coordinate the development and implementation of project/program plans and timelines ; t rack progress, identify dependencies, and remove barriers to drive the successful execution of action plans
• Ensure alignment of workflow across multiple business areas
• Partnering with cross functional teams to identify and assess performance gaps
• Creating a communication strategy and reporting content to executive leadership
• Driving accountability and transparency across the organization

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

2 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.
3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
