Position Summary...
What you'll do...
As a key leader in the US Marketplace business, you will drive the conceptualization, build and operationaliz ation of strategi c initiatives to enable the success of the Marketplace Product organization . You will drive the refinement and roll out of key capabilities and mission critical programs that will support the transform ation of the seller and customer marketplace experience and accelerate the US Marketplace growth.
You will be successful if:

You will make an impact by:
• Driving alignment and accountability - Drive informed decision-making and ensure resolution of critical issues by partnering with senior leaders to identify goals, success criteria, assumptions, risks, and known issues within the business; creating communication strategy and content; educating sponsors, stakeholders, and executive leadership on program requirements; and developing and implementing a program management life cycle.
• Identifying and eliminating roadblocks and driving change - Interpret and utilize information for one or more initiative work streams by using various analytical methodologies; developing solutions within business areas that meet business goals; prioritizing assignments; recommending program changes to stakeholders based on data; and persuading cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement changes.
• Striving to enable delivery of high performing Products - Evaluate program performance by tracking projections and actual results; identifying and addressing cross-functional program and project issues and recommending adjustments and process improvement ideas to leadership to meet deliverables.
• Developing strategic roadmaps - Gain a deep understanding of the problem and pain points, identify the right solutions that are executable. Build the overarching product and program roadmaps for bringing those solutions to the sellers and customers. Ensure alignment and buy in to the roadmap from complex cross functional stakeholders. Communicate roadmap across executive audiences
• Building effective teams - Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness.
• Driving organizational change - Be passionate about the seller, be seller obsessed, set the example for your team and drive marketplace education that drives ownership across Walmart. The ultimate objective for you is to drive organizational and cultural change at Walmart to ensure Marketplace delivers on its longer-term goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
