Position Summary...What you'll do...About the Team/PositionWe are seeking an individual to join our team as a Senior Program Manager for our Talent Acquisition Operations team at Walmart. This associate will be the business owner for the field hourly hiring experience, as well as enterprise digital initiatives such as internal mobility. You will be responsible for driving the design and implementation of the hiring experiences for over 4500 facilities across Walmart U.S. This includes the digital solutions that align with our hiring strategy, as well as partnering on process and programmatic initiatives. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including Talent Acquisition Operations, People Strategy, People Partners, Product and Technical teams, and most importantly, the associates that we serve, to deliver effective solutions at scale for over 4500 facilities across Walmart U.S.What you'll bring...• 4+ years of experience as a Program Manager within People space for field hourly or hiring• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proactive risk assessment and management abilities.• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.• Ability to document and communicate progress against plans, taking corrective action as necessary.• Proven ability to execute and manage projects to completion.What you'll do...• Own the experience roadmap for hourly hiring• Act as the business lead to manage all phases of the product lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, including scope management, design, development, testing, training, communication, and deployment• Strategic planning for key digital initiatives across hourly hiring and enterprise work, monitoring and tracking progress, ensuring timely delivery and desired outcomes• Provide consultation and support to end-users during the implementation and adoption of new system features and functionalities• Provide day-to-day hands-on problem management, guidance, and support• Drive leadership alignment on key decisions across all functions and business segments through clear and concise communication• Leverage business knowledge and expertise with user feedback and data to identify opportunities for process improvements. Perform ad hoc analysis and leverage data to validate and support prioritization of process and system changes• Evaluate program performance by comparing projections to actual results to drive process improvements• Establish and maintain healthy and collaborative relations with cross-functional leadsThe above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role.
