Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Join us as a Senior Manager in the PMO and play a crucial role in overseeing project planning, execution, and tracking of multiple cross-functional initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Director of PMO in ensuring projects align with strategic objectives and are completed efficiently and effectively.

Our PMO team is dedicated to driving project performance and ensuring alignment with company objectives. By managing a portfolio of projects, we focus on delivering results on time, within scope, and budget. This role is essential in fostering a culture of integrity and continuous improvement within the team.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist in the strategic development, planning, and execution of projects
  • Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project performance
  • Implement and enforce project standards to control costs and timelines

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
3 years’ project management experience.
