This team is responsible for development and delivery of Communication platform as part of me@platforms org to trigger notifications for different business segments. The Communication Platform powers seamless, multi-channel notifications—In App (Nudge), Inbox, Email, and Push—enabling 2.1 million associates across all markets to stay informed and take timely action. By streamlining business communications across segments, it enhances efficiency, ensures task completion, and drives a more connected workforce.
What you'll do...
You will be able to design and deliver readable, maintainable, testable, scalable, reusable, and efficient code. You’ll have an opportunity to work in an Agile team with Engineers, Designers, and Product Managers to solve most exciting and challenging problems. Follow established architecture patterns and suggest improvements. You’ll have opportunity to manage the complex challenges of micro service and scale which are unique to Walmart’s e-commerce, stores, and omni-channel platform, while using your expertise in coding, algorithms, complex triaging and analysis, and large-scale system design. We're looking for an Engineering Manager to join me@platforms team. As a Manager of Communications platform team, you will be responsible for leading a team of highly capable and committed engineers working on large scale front-end and back-end technologies. The team is engaged in design, development, and delivery of next-generation platforms for our customers, creating next gen services and continuously improving how we work.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
