Our team values open communication, respect, associate-centricity and strategic thinking that’s anchored on driving outcomes for our business and 2 million associates across the globe.We are reimagining the future of HR, leveraging AI to empower associates, making the complex simple, and enabling the Global People organization’s boldest digital ambitions.Responsibilities :• Responsible for Walmart’s GenAI powered conversational experience, My Assistant, serving our 2.1M associates in over 10 countries, empowering their work.• Product Strategy : Develop and drive the product roadmap for 'My Assistant', aligning with company goals and user needs.• AI Product Development : Collaborate with engineering teams to build AI-powered features and improvements, leveraging your technical background. Go 1->N as we drive the power of GenAI across Walmart.Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, development teams, and end-users.Communicate effectively to align expectations and deliver results.Qualifications :• 5+ years experience as a product manager.• Masters / Bachelors degree in a STEM field.• Track record of creating strategic roadmap, deployment of robust and scalable AI / ML / Data Science solutions and products.• Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and an ability to deal with ambiguity.• Strong background with AI / ML technologies and conversational experiences.• GenAI product development experience is preferred.• Data-driven decision-making skills.• Customer obsession and the ability to develop solutions that delight them.• Comfortable working with software engineers to develop scalable solutions.• Experience working with UX designers to create intuitive experiences.• Experience in process design.• Comfortable engaging with various stakeholders of varying levels across multiple domains.• Organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.• Stimulated by challenges and ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale.At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.Health benefits include medical, vision and dental coverage. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific plan or program terms.The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.Minimum Qualifications...Option 1 : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product management.Option 2 : 7 years’ experience in product management or related area.Preferred Qualifications...Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B / C products.We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
