Position Summary...What you'll do...Walmart is hiring for a Senior Product Manager on the Supply Chain Ambient Product team to advance our warehouse management product suite!This role is designed for an individual contributor who is motivated by complex, purposeful challenges and has a keen interest in warehouse management systems. You will play a critical role on our team, focusing on the development of Walmart's warehouse management product. You will work closely with teams such as Supply Chain Operations, Supply Chain Finance, Store Operations, Transportation, Engineering and Global Tech to enhance our warehouse management system.You'll make an impact by:• Leading the development and execution of our upstream warehouse management product strategy.• Defining and communicating product prioritization, and timelines for the warehouse management engineering team.• Ensuring tools are built and scaled to support the needs of our customers.• Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success.• Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in warehouse management.• Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver solutions at scale.• Acting as a thought leader in the domain of warehouse management, influencing both internal and external stakeholders.• Driving innovation within our warehouse management system while ensuring data accuracy and scale.You'll sweep us off our feet if:• You are an excellent communicator and presenter.• You have a deep domain knowledge around warehouse management systems.• You are passionate about tackling complex challenges.• You are customer-centric and data-driven.• You can influence and build consensus across various stakeholders.• You have a test and learn approach to improve your team's Products.• You have domain knowledge in supply chain systems.• You have a strong ability to craft a credible vision and strategy.• You have experience in a Fortune 500 company.• You are comfortable working in complex and matrixed organizations.• You possess a strong understanding of system design principals.• You have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale projects to completion.Equal Opportunity Employer:Walmart, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer - by choice.
