Position Summary...What you'll do...About Team:Data Ventures exists to unlock the full value of Walmart's data by developing and productizing B2B data initiatives that empower merchants and suppliers to make better, faster decisions for the business. As part of this transformation, we're seeking entrepreneurial individuals to help drive data productization from concept to deployment.What you'll do:• Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and• guidance to others. Supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer,• business needs and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.• Create software design and architecture for next software solution. This will• be your channel to communicate your ideas with rest of the team. Not just one• but evaluate multiple solutions• Analyze competing requirements and articulate tradeoffs and lead discussions• with business and development team, leading white board sessions with team.• Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying• customer and operational needs. Developing and communicating business• plans and priorities, removing barriers and obstacles that impact• performance. Demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.• Creates training documentation.
