Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Data Ventures exists to unlock the full value of Walmart's data by developing and productizing B2B data initiatives that empower merchants and suppliers to make better, faster decisions for the business. As part of this transformation, we're seeking entrepreneurial individuals to help drive data productization from concept to deployment.
What you'll do
• Establish a long-term product portfolio strategy, informed by customer and business needs, and partner with customers, leaders and stakeholders to regularly drive alignment, secure resources and overcome impediments.
• Attract, grow, empower, and inspire top product talent as they develop and deliver on their local product strategy in an iterative, outcome-focused and well-managed way
• Build, motivate and lead direct and cross-functional teams, leveraging trust-based relationships to deliver an efficient operating model
• Deep and varied experience in SaaS data product management (preferably with retail background) with a focus on value creation for business users
• Customer Focus: Care about growing others and bringing them together around what's possible. You have a desire and ability to connect with our external or internal customers to fully understand their needs and build long lasting relationships.
• Overall understanding of technologies used in the product and experience working with Data Engineering, Data Scientists and Data Architects
What you'll bring:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Information Technology, Business Analytics or related field 8+ years of work experience in Project Management, Product Management or Product Ownership, Information Systems, Consulting or related area
• Experience with data analytics tools such as SQL and/or BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
• Strong understanding of agile practices and product delivery
• Ability to grasp technical concepts and translate into business impact/requirements
• Experience launching B2B products in data analytics, ecommerce, retail space, or Health & Wellness
• Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and bias towards speed
• Effective communicator and collaborator
• User-centric product management approach

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735:The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
