RIB U.S. Cost is currently seeking an experienced professional with expertise in 3DVista, REVIT/BIM (Building Information Modeling), Bentley Systems, and Power BI to join our industry-leading team and help us revolutionize data analysis while continually elevating our visualizations and virtual tours for our projects in Dallas Fort-Worth. This is a full-time salaried position with a competitive benefits package. This position requires presence in the office 5 days per week. This is not a remote position. Job Responsibilities: Utilize Building Information Modeling software such as REVIT and Bentley Systems along with Python scripting to analyze and interpret digital twin data efficiently. Streamline data preparation with Power BI dataflows for enhanced project analysis. Ensure seamless data integration and analysis between BIM Modeling platforms (REVIT and Bentley Systems), Power BI, and 3DVista. Apply machine learning and AI to effectively interpret complex data structures from BIM models. Lead and manage large-scale IT and construction projects ensuring effective coordination across diverse stakeholder groups. Create dynamic visual reports and dashboards in Power BI incorporating BIM data for comprehensive insights. Uphold the integrity of digital twin databases ensuring data accuracy and reliability. Utilize Python for advanced data cleaning, preprocessing, and exploration tasks optimizing BIM data utilization. Develop and manage 3D visualizations and virtual tours using 3DVista to enhance project presentations and stakeholder engagement. Required Skills: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in data science or analytics, engineering, information systems, or architecture. Experience with 3DVista for creating immersive 3D visualizations and virtual tours for architectural, engineering, or construction firms (A/E/C). Extensive experience with REVIT/BIM Modeling software within the A/E/C industry. Proficiency in Power BI, Dataflows, SQL, and Python scripting for data analysis. Experience implementing models in data analytics, machine learning, and AI. Proven track record in managing sophisticated ITS or construction projects. Sound knowledge of database management systems, SQL, and data structures. Excellent project management, organizational, and collaborative skills. Good to have: Power BI Certification (DA-100) or Analyzing Data with Microsoft Power BI Certification. Experience with cloud-based platforms and architectures. Knowledge of agile project management methodologies. Motivation and willingness to learn and integrate new tools like 3DVista into existing workflows.
