Our success and diversity will provide the right candidate with a chance to grow their craft.As an essential part of the Marketing team, you can look forward to:• Leading new website builds• Designing customer engagement tools• Creating appealing eCommerce product pages• Building engaging banner graphics and ads across many platformsUX Designer Responsibilities:• Assisting the web development team with all aspects of website and application design.• Collaborating with developers to implement new web features.• Converting video, audio, written, and graphic components into compatible formats for the web.• Offer solutions for strategy improvement• Testing and improving the design of the website.• Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.• Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.• Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients.• Working with different content management systems.• Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.• Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.• Designing sample pages including colors and fonts.• Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.UX Designer Requirements:• Proficiency in Wordpress.• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.• Good understanding of content management systems.• Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.• Excellent visual design skills.• Up-to-date experience with web standards and technologies.• Excellent communication skills.In addition to a competitive wage, we offer an excellent benefits package, including:• Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance• Optional Life, Short Term Disability, and Long Term Disability• 401K with a Company match• Paid Time Off, Company Paid Holidays and Personal DaysEqual Opportunity Employer
