(VA and DC are preferred)• 5+ years of experience in real estate and construction litigation. Other helpful practice areas are commercial, civil, and employment litigation.• First chair trial experience• Independent trial attorneys that can manage a case from start to finish with little supervision and hit the ground running• Experienced in drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and managing discovery, negotiations, settlements, preparing for trial, and trial• Detailed-oriented, analytical, and efficient with strong organizational and time-management skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Demonstrated track record of assuming increasing levels of responsibilityWriting sample requested.Interested in hearing more?
