Candidate must have excellent writing and analytical skills, experienced in appellate briefs, major motion practice, discovery and research. Position would be in charge of appeals, writs, major motion and complaints. Practice areas include: complex business litigation, class action, lender liability, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, and real estate litigation.
