JOB LEVEL P40 EMPLOYEE ROLE Individual Contributor The Opportunity The Sales Strategy and Operations team is responsible for helping define and execute the strategy to support our best-in-class enterprise sales team at Adobe. Reporting into the Head of Central Sales Strategy and Operations; you will conduct analyses and lead initiatives focused on go-to-market strategy, analytics, and operations that impact the entire Experience Cloud business.A successful member of the team is able think analytically and leverage data and insights into actionable impact. You will be a trusted business advisor that serves as a critical member of our field organizations, driving operational rigor, go-to-market planning, and complex data analysis to uncover root causes. The ideal candidate will have exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills while being able to effectively communicate with executive leaders to inspire change.What you’ll do• Leverage structured problem-solving techniques to drive operational rigor and improve processes across Adobe’s sales organization• Develop and implement frameworks to measure the health of the business• Analyze raw data to find actionable insights, detect risks and opportunities, and suggest solutions for how to bolster the performance of our sales teams and products• Work cross-functionally across Finance, Sales, GTM, and other key stakeholders to effectively implement strategic initiatives• Be part of a high performing team with rich opportunities to develop as a leader• Help scale the Central Operations team by improving our methodologies, mentoring others, and leading engagements end-to-end• Learn the Digital Experience Cloud business and develop your network as you collaborate with leaders across Adobe, including Sales and OperationsWhat you need to succeed• MBA or equivalent advanced degree program• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with familiarity building models and exec-facing presentations• 5-7 years of exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levels• Ability to work through ambiguity and create structure around abstract problems• Ability to see the “Big Picture” while also being able to drill down into the specifics of any problem and understand how to position and prioritize issues objectively• Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas both verbally & in writing• Attention to detail and pride in delivering your best work• Curiosity, initiative, and the desire to experiment• Demonstrated passion for digital experiences and/or cloud technologyDesirable but not essential• Work experience at a leading technology company, strategy or economic consulting organization• Experience creating GTM strategies/Sales Operations along with a practical understanding of the technologies and tactics necessary for execution• Deep knowledge of the technology industry including direct-to-consumer and/or business-to-business modelsOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $96,300 -- $200,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
