We empower our employees through competitive compensation and benefits package, professional growth opportunities, truthful communication, and more!If you are looking for an opportunity to serve something bigger than yourself; if you want your day job to be one that creates meaningful value; if you are looking for an environment that highly values employees and respects individual differences – then Chugach Government Solutions may be the right fit for you!Job OverviewThe incumbent coordinates all aspects of the supply chain, including planning, sourcing, delivery and disposal.Work Model: Onsite/Office-BasedResponsibilitiesEssential Duties & Job Functions:• Stay informed of all technical changes and upgrades to standard Supply Chain Management (SCM) data systems to include facilitating training and migration to new information systems.• Plan, develop, organize, direct, manage and evaluate the personnel, operations and budget for all supply chain activities.• Develop analytics, systems and data management capabilities, including performance metrics to track KPI’s, and submit weekly/monthly reports.• Manage/coordinate operations planning process including; supply/demand forecasting, inventory management, and on time delivery.• Develop annual plans with prioritization and resourcing for labor/materials for short- and long-range utilization plans.• Develop and/or participate in the development of the supply chain strategy for the organization.• Identify and manage risk within the supply chain through partnering with quality control department.• Establish key performance indicators, monitor ongoing performance, and improve performance against set goals.• Other duties as assigned.Job RequirementsMandatory:• Minimum of ten (10) years AF Materiel Management experience.• Must be able to acquire and maintain a Secret Security clearance. • Ability to acquire and maintain government identification/common access card. • Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner in diversified situations. • Valid Alabama state Driver’s License with acceptable driving record pertinent to the position. • Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract. • Must be able to read, write and speak English.• U.S. Citizenship. • Ability to obtain access to U.S. Government Installations through the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS).
