Position Summary...What you'll do...Program Manager, SPARK Community - Walmart Data VenturesPLEASE NOTE: The team comes into the office 5 days a week; this is not a remote position. This role is based out of Bentonville, Arkansas (open to Hoboken, NJ or San Bruno/Sunnyvale, CA as well). This position is also not eligible for sponsorship now or in the future.At Walmart, we are looking for an exceptional Community Manager to join the Data Ventures Program Strategy Team. This role focuses on managing our research panel community, which is made up of dedicated Walmart shoppers. We're searching for someone who is not only intellectually curious and enthusiastic but is also a problem solver, detail-oriented, and a self-starter. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to establish robust relationships across multiple teams and individuals. This role will have extensive exposure and interaction across product, marketing, customer care, and data science teams.Responsibilities Include...1. Community Metrics Management• Monitor, analyze, and report on crucial community metrics that track the growth, engagement, and data quality within our shopper research panel community.• I mplement strategies to enhance these metrics and deliver monthly executive reports to cross-functional teams.2. Drive Community Engagement• Implement community engagement initiatives such as gamification, sweepstakes, polls, and blogs to encourage active participation within the research panel community.• Help d esign and manage micro-surveys, ensuring project completion, and extracting and analyzing response data for insights.3. Support Spark Topics• Collaborate with the Data Science team to extract raw customer ticket data, aiding in model retraining and classification.4. Manage Community Communication• Oversee the deployment of community notifications and invites ; maintain up-to-date FAQs and terms of use to ensure clear and transparent communication within the research panel community.5. Customer Care & Support• Review, escalate, and respond to customer care tickets promptly and professionally.• Design a formalized support/care process to address issues with extended resolution times or poor customer experiences.• Keep track of discretionary spend related to customer care and ad hoc studies.You will sweep us off our feet if you...• Enjoy executing and optimizing plans for complex strategies, supporting long-term business plans, and executing prioritized strategic initiatives.• Are tenacious, dedicated, and thrive working with ownership, autonomy, and a healthy dose of competition.• Thrive while balancing multiple workstreams and priorities under pressure and can also have FUN at work.• Adapt quickly with a demonstrated ability to prioritize work and flex where needed.• Build trust-based, strong relationships with internal and external partners.Minimum Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Business , Marketing, or related field and 2 years' experience in community management, operations management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in community management, operations management, or related area.• Experience working in large cross-functional teams and complex projects and programs.Preferred Qualifications• Experience in community engagement, customer support, process improvement, or data analytics.• Experience using the following tools: Airtable and Jira.Benefits & Perks:Beyond our great compensation package, you can receive incentive awards for your performance.
