The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and cleanliness of all Goodwill facilities. Daily tasks may include managing facility budgets, coordinating repairs and maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supervising staff and contractors. Facilities Manager will also support a culture of training and development for Facilities and Janitorial employees, and supports oversight and staffing for first, second and third shift employees as needed.Qualifications• Facilities management, maintenance, and safety skills• Experience in budget management and vendor relations• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and building codes• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities• Excellent communication and leadership skills• Ability to work effectively in a team environment• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
