From simple switches to advanced operational systems, our technology, software, and services empower our customers to optimize and automate their operations, ensuring Life Is On for everyone, everywhere, and at every moment: https://youtu.be/4EtpkB0cuXEGreat people make Schneider Electric a great company.Who will you report to?Head of CS&Q Prefab Customer Satisfaction & QualityKey Responsibilities:• Assist in the development of quality process control plans under the guidance of senior team members.• Support quality control operations for equipment, focusing on less technically complex items, to ensure compliance with specifications and engineering drawings.• Participate in Finished Quality Control by performing inspections and audits - confirming specifications, assisting in returning products for re-work and confirming re-work under supervision.• Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by understanding and following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.• Assist in administrative work associated with inspection by helping to complete reports and logs and maintaining records under supervision.• Communicate quality problems or findings to immediate supervisor and assist in ensuring that corrective actions are properly implemented.• Technical professional training.• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related field.• Procore knowledge highly recommended.• Experience in Safety is valuable.• Previous experience in industrial environments.Valuable Skills and Experience• Quality Mindset – Customer First approach• Technical Capacity (Ability to read blueprints, technical documents, drawings, and diagrams)• Organizational Skills to complete the inspections required daily• Highly initiative taking in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within the factory• Excellent at performing inspections efficientlyAt Schneider Electric, we value our employees and offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes flexible work arrangements, paid family leave, 401(k) matching, and more.
